The new DRE ASM-5000V comes with companion animal specific software.  The ASM-5000V measures ECG, SAO2, NIBP, and Temperature.  This monitor is lightweight and portable (at 5.7 kg/12.7 lbs) and will perform on small and large patients.  The built-in thermal printer utilizes 58mm paper.  The unit can function off of AC power (120/240 VAC) for 1.5 hours by using the back-up battery.  This five-parameter color monitor is easily viewed at an angle, beneficial when more than one staff member is present during a procedure.
