Specifications
Recessed Patient Service Console shall be sized to accommodate all electrical and gas services specified.

Frame & Backbox:  Heavy gauge 6063-T5 extruded aluminum alloy frame complete with clear satin anodized finish and including an integral adjustable mounting plaster flange (1-7/8” adjustment). Topmounted die-formed ½” x ¾” conduit knockouts spaced 2.36” on center. Backplate and electrical service barriers to be constructed of minimum 16 gauge steel. Barriers to be provided to separate electrical services of different voltage or supply, and to separate medical gases from electrical services.

Finish: Minimum .08” 6063-T5 extruded aluminum alloy complete with clear satin anodized finish.

Two additional options:

• Aluminum alloy complete with Powder Coating
  selected from manufacturer’s standard or custom
  color and texture range.
• Minimum 010” high density flame retardant pebble
  textured PVC – selected from grey, ivory, and
  black.
