DRE Anetic-P Mobile Surgery Table Goes Beyond the O.R.

The DRE Anetic-P Mobile Surgery Table is a versatile all-in-one device that allows clinicians to move patients from pre-op to surgery to post-op without transferring the patient from a stretcher to a surgery table.

Already widely used in Europe’s most prestigious surgery centers, the unique Anetic-P is available for the first time in the United States. By serving as both a stretcher and a table, the Anetic-P is a safer, easier and more efficient way to care for patients.

With the Anetic-P, patients do not have to be transferred from a stretcher to an operating table and then back to a stretcher. This reduces the need for additional staff to perform these transitions, and decreases the chances of facility staff suffering injuries or contracting infections while moving patients constantly.

"The DRE Anetic-P Powered Mobile Surgery Table offers advantages across the board.  It increases throughput, can help with infection control, and reduces the need for additional equipment,"  said Justin Jeffries, DRE's Director of Marketing.  "It is the most unique and flexible surgery table on the market today and represents where the industry is going."

The highly versatile DRE Anetic-P table is designed to be used in surgery centers and for arthroscopy, gynecology, dental-oral, ENT, and ophthalmology procedures. It has four remotely-activated powered functions, including a traversing top and Trendelenburg positioning. The DRE Anetic-P surgery trolley offers full C-arm coverage and superior surgical access.

The table’s Removable Ultra Lightweight Leg Section and Removable and Rotating Cotsides further aid versatility. Additional features include a traversed head end for improved ophthalmology access, and a traversed foot end for arthroscopy access.

An optional arthroscopy backrest is also available.

Gynecological surgeons can also fit the DRE Anetic-P with optional powered leg supports.

The table’s fifth-wheel steering acts as a sideways brake, and also auto-adjusts to thresholds and makes rolling obstacles much easier to maneuver around than with a standard stretcher.

The Anetic-P works on a highly efficient battery that can last multiple days.

For further cost savings, a manual model of the DRE Anetic mobile surgical table is offered, with a 350-pound weight limit and 75% C-arm access.

The DRE Anetic-P Powered Mobile Surgery Table is available now from DRE. Surgeons and physicians can learn more about DRE’s patient transport solutions, as well as other new and medical equipment, by visiting http://www.dremed.com.
