Hospital Equipment Refurbishing Process

• Supply new patient pad, if necessary.
• Upper and H frame casting is sanded, primed and painted, as needed.
• Polish and/or replace all stainless steel and chrome fittings.
• Inspect and restore or replace all seals, valves, lift cylinders and o-rings.
• Remove old grease from all internal moving mechanisms and apply new lubricant.
• Replace or fill all mechanical fluids.
• Perform articulation test.
• Complete testing of all electrical circuitry and components.
• Apply new decals as needed.
• Replace rubber on feet/brakes, if necessary.
• Put on new wheels as needed.
• Conduct drop and performance tests.
• Table base and pedestal is restored.
• Disinfection is conducted.
• Tests are conducted to meet or exceed manufacturer’s specifications.
