Brand Focus and History

The VIASYS brand focused on respiratory, neurology, medical disposable and orthopedic products. Now marketed under the Cardinal Health spinoff CareFusion.  Carefusion has recently been acquired by BD but continues to manufacture and market mechanical ventilators, cardiopulmonary diagnostic equipment and sleep diagnostics and therapy equipment.

The Viasys brand is no longer promoted on new Carefusion products.
