Welch Allyn PCE PC-Based Exercise ECG Systems offer clinical features to meet any testing requirements and provide advanced database functionality for paperless storage. Flexible, affordable, and easy to work with, the Welch Allyn PCE Exercise ECG software turns any computer into a powerful stress test system. And with its ability to connect with leading EMR systems, it will let you spend less time with your paperwork and more time with your patients.

Before the test

  • 12 lead resting mode for baseline ECGs
  • Choose any of the commonly used stress protocols or customize an unlimited number

During the Test

  • Records and monitors all 12 leads simultaneously
  • View any leads in 3, 6 or 12 lead screen formats
  • ECG reports can be printed manually on demand or at regular pre-defined time intervals
  • A scroll-back function allows easy confirmation of ECG abnormalities with the possibility to print partial recordings at any time
  • Optional ST level and slope measurements are displayed both in a trend graph and in a table during the test
  • Optional ST measurements: averaged ECG complexes are calculated on regular intervals and superimposed on a reference ECG complex, highlighting ST changes in detail
  • The ST measurement point is configurable before or can be changed at any time during or after the test
  • Trend graphs: heart rate, load and blood pressure trend graphs are available during the test, providing instant information regarding changes as they occur
  • Arrhythmia detection is available throughout the test

After the Test

  • Automatically prints any user-defined reports - full disclosure, 2x6 leads, averages, trend graphs, tabular reports and summaries can be printed in any combination using versatile print protocols
  • Alternatively, you can evaluate results on-screen or add comments and store
  • On-screen calipers are available for detailed analysis
  • While monitoring the patient during recovery, use the report summary editor to enter test results and diagnosis
  • All data is stored on the hard drive allowing access to the original test results at any time in the future for review or printing
